選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	福島県9施設のがん診療連携拠点病院で、診断および初期治療を行われた症例 2008年1月から2015年12月までの院内がん登録に登録された症例 病理組織学的に大腸腺癌の確定診断がある症例 全身化学療法前に画像所見または手術所見により、遠隔臓器に転移があると診断された症例 遠隔転移巣に対する初期治療として、全身化学療法を施行した症例	Histologically confirmed cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma Cases diagnosed as synchronous mCRC by image findings and surgical findings before treatment Cases in which systemic chemotherapy was performed
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	術前補助化学療法症例 虫垂癌症例	Cases in which neoadjuvant chemotherapy was performed Appendix cancer
