目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	職業生活と治療の両立支援の必要性の高まりを背景に、昨年度作成された「両立支援ストレスマネジメント・ガイドブック」やそのウェブサイトを用いたり、ストレスマネジメントの実践方法などの情報を心理教育プログラムとして提供したりする。これらの介入により、どれほどストレス状態が改善あるいは維持されるかの効果検証、およびガイドブックへの理解度がどれほど示されるかなど、ガイドブックを用いた心理教育の有用性を検証する。	Against the background of the growing need for support for balancing work life and treatment, the "Stress Management Guidebook for Balance Support" created last year and its website are used, and information such as how to practice stress management is used as a psychoeducation program. To provide. We will verify the usefulness of psychoeducation using guidebooks, such as how much these interventions improve or maintain stress states, and how much understanding of guidebooks is shown.

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	70 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	以下全て満たす ① 20歳以上70歳未満 ② がんあるいは心疾患等の身体疾患の入院治療を行った ③調査開始2年以内に職場復帰した者あるいは復帰予定である ④ 研究開始時において、ストレス状態の程度を測定する脳疲労尺度が10点以上 ⑤ インターネットへのアクセスが確保されており、オンライン形式の教育プログラムへ支障なく参加できる ⑥ 本研究の意義とリスクを十分に理解し、自ら参加を希望している	Fulfilling all of the following inclusion criteria: 1) >=20 yo <70 yo 2) Have inpatient treatment with cancer (gastric cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, liver cancer), stroke, angina, myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease, aortic aneurysm, arteriosclerosis obliterans or chronic organ failure (renal failure, Liver failure, heart failure) 3) Those who have returned to work or will return to work within two years of the start of the survey 4) >=10 score of No-hirou Scale at baseline 5) Have internet access to participate in online format program 6) Voluntary participation and comprehension of the purpose or risks of this study
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	以下いずれかを満たす ①　　現在、うつ病・統合失調症・双極性障害・認知症などの精神疾患による治療のため、精神科に通院をしている ②　本研究の研究者及びその家族 ③ その他、研究者によってこの研究への参加が不適切と判断される	Either: 1) Visit a psychiatrist for treatment of psychiatric disorders such as depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and dementia. 2) This study's researchers or their family members 3) Individuals whom researchers judge to inappropriate to participate in this study
