本研究の目的は，高齢心不全患者に対して，ガイドラインに沿った従来の心リハプログラムに加えて，バランストレーニングやADL訓練などの理学療法介入を併用することで，入院を契機としたADL能力の低下を予防できるか否かを明らかにすることである．

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
急性心不全（初回心不全もしくは慢性心不全の急性増悪）にて入院加療となり，心リハが処方された65歳以上の患者

Patients with acute heart failure underwent cardiac rehabilitation in hospitals.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・離床ないし，歩行開始までに4日以上かかった症例
・入院前New York Heart Association心機能分類がIVである者
・安静時より重篤な不整脈を有するもの
・不安定狭心症を有するもの
・重度の大動脈弁狭窄症を有するもの
・指示動作困難な認知症を有するもの（MMSE18点未満）
・調査票（質問紙）に書字による回答が困難なもの
・入院前に50m程度の歩行が自立していないもの
・研究開始時にバランス機能および粗大動作能力の低下がないもの

Cannot answer the questionnaire in writing
