目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	大腸T1癌の脈管侵襲診断において、HE染色のみで診断した場合と特殊染色を追加した場合とで比較すること.	The aim of the present study is to compare the case of diagnosis by HE staining alone and the case of adding ancillary staining, in the lymphovascular invasion diagnosis of colorectal T1 cancer.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	家族性大腸腺腫症患者の症例、リンチ症候群患者の症例、潰瘍性大腸炎患者の症例、進行癌合併症の例	Cases of familial adenomatous polyposis,Lynch syndrome, ulcerative colitis, synchronous invasive carcinoma

その他関連情報/Other related information	対象は当センターで外科的切除が施行されたT1大腸癌200例. 3人の病理医が脈管侵襲診断において、HE染色のみで診断した場合と特殊染色を追加した場合を比較した.	The subjects were 200 cases of T1 colorectal cancer who underwent surgical resection at our center. Three pathologists compared the diagnosis of lymphovascular invasion with HE staining alone and with the adding ancillary staining.
