選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

① 20歳以上で、2型糖尿病の診断がなされている患者
② 現在通院中でかつ糖尿病薬による薬物治療を受けている患者
③ 調査開始前6ヵ月以内にHbA1c値を測定している患者
④ 研究への参加に対して、本人からの自由意思による同意を得られた患者

(1) Patients who are over 20 years old and have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
(2) Patients who are currently visiting the hospital and receiving drug treatment with diabetic drugs
(3) Patients whose HbA1c level was measured within 6 months before the start of the research
(4) Patients who have given their voluntary consent to participate in the research

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 糖尿病薬の使用が確認できない患者
② 調査開始前6ヵ月以内のHbA1c値が確認できない患者

(1) Patients who cannot confirm the use of diabetes medicine
(2) Patients whose HbA1c level cannot be confirmed within 6 months before the start of the research
