目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
原発性アルドステロン症にはいくつかの病型があり、それぞれが異なる臨床的特徴を持つ。本研究では原発性アルドステロン症の各病型における臨床的な特徴や、本態性高血圧との違いについて明らかにすることを目的とする。さらに、原発性アルドステロン症の診断基準は各国で異なるため、診断される病型も若干異なる。本研究では国際共同研究を行うことでより一般化しやすい指標の決定することを目的とする。

There are several types of primary aldosteronism, each with different clinical characteristics. The objective of this study is to clarify the clinical characteristics of each type of primary aldosteronism and the differences between primary aldosteronism and essential hypertension.

Moreover, since the diagnostic criteria for primary aldosteronism differ from country to country, the types of primary aldosteronism diagnosed also differ slightly. The purpose of this study is to determine the criteria that is more generalized by conducting international joint research.

2) 2006年1月から2024年3月の期間にAffiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University、Monash University、Hudson Institute of Medical Researchで原発性アルドステロン症、本態性高血圧の診断を受けた症例

2) Patients who were diagnosed with primary aldosteronism and essential hypertention at Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Monash University, and Hudson Institute of Medical Research.(January, 2006-March, 2024)
