選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
当院回復期病棟に入棟した初発の重度脳血管障害患者（テント上病変）、座位保持が1分以上監視下で可能かつ指示理解が可能、機能的自立度評価表(FIM)の運動項目が46点未満、歩行困難で長下肢装具を使用している

first ever stroke cases (lesions on the tent) admitted to recovery wards, Able to hold a sitting position for at least 1 minute under supervision, able to understand instructions, Motor items on the Functional Independence Measure (FIM) less than 46 points, Difficulty walking and using a knee ankle foot orthosis (KAFO).
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
既往に整形外科疾患がある者・離床の阻害になる内科系疾患がある者・起立性低血圧がある者・脳幹や小脳などバランス障害が生じる病巣がある者とする．

Those who have a history of orthopedic diseases, those who have internal medical disorders that interfere with getting out of bed, those who have orthostatic hypotension, and those who have lesions that cause balance disorders such as the brain stem and cerebellum.
