プライマリーアウトカムを身体活動量、筋力や歩行速度などの体力指標をセカンダリーアウトカムとし、対面運動指導により高めたこれらのアウトカムを引続き提供する非対面プログラムをにより維持できるか、また非対面の指導回数が身体活動量の維持に影響するかを調査することを研究目的とする。

Whether the primary outcome is physical activity such as physical activity index and the secondary outcomes are physical strength indexes such as muscle strength and walking speed, and the non-face-to-face program that continuously provides these outcomes enhanced by the face-to-face exercise guidance can be maintained by the physical outcome. The purpose of this research is to investigate whether it affects the maintenance of activity.

・スマートフォン又はタブレットPC等にてインターネットにアクセスできる環境をもたない者
