目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	温罨法を行うことで、手術に対するストレスを軽減するとともに眼表面への影響を確認する。また、結膜嚢の培養により菌検出率が増えないか確認する。	The warm compress confirms the reduction of stress due to surgery and changes to the ocular surface. In addition, confirm that the bacterial detection rate does not increase by culturing the conjunctival sac with bacteria.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	局所麻酔眼科手術が予定されている患者	patients scheduled ophthalmic surgery for local anesthesia
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	全身麻酔手術が予定されている患者 緊急手術患者 再手術患者 認知症患者 同意の得られない者	patients scheduled ophthalmic surgery for general anesthesia patients for emergency surgery patients for re-operative surgery patients for dementia not obtained informed consent
