適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	90 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1) 同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上90歳以下 2) パーキンソン病である：2015年Movement Disorder Society (MDS) Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson’s disease (PD)において、臨床的に確実な PD:Clinically Established PDか、臨床的にほぼ確実な PD:Clinically Probable PDであること。 3) GAD-7が5点以上の不安症状が認められること 4) 本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた方	1)At the time of obtaining consent, the age is 20 to 90 years old 2)Parkinson's disease: A clinically reliable PD or a clinically reliable PD in the 2015 Movement Disorder Society (MDS) Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's disease (PD). 3) GAD-7 with 5 or more anxiety symptoms 4) Those who have received a sufficient explanation before participating in this research, and have obtained a sufficient understanding and obtained the informed consent of the research subject.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) MoCA-Jスコア20点以下 2) 重度の精神疾患を有する 3) オンラインの会話が不可能であること 4) その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した方	1) MoCA-J score 20 points or less 2) Have severe mental illness 3) Online conversation is impossible 4)In addition, those who the research director judges to be inappropriate as a research target person
