食道静脈瘤、鼻中隔変形、上気道の解剖学的異常、凝固線溶系の異常を伴う症例。

ガイドワイヤー群の成功率は90%(20例中18例）で、非ガイドワイヤー群では55%であった（20例中11例）。(p=0.03)

挿入時間はガイドワイヤー群で18.6±12.1秒、
非ガイドワイヤー群で18.6±6.7秒で有意差を認めなかった。
