試験食品を8週間毎日摂取し、研究開始前、研究開始4週間後、研究開始8週間後に75g経口ブドウ糖負荷試験（75g OGTT検査）および血中の生化学・ホルモンマーカーを測定し、糖・脂質代謝を評価する。

Participants consume the test food daily for 8 weeks. A 75g oral glucose tolerance test is performed for the evaluation of blood biochemical and hormonal markers at baseline, 4 weeks after the commencement of research and 8 weeks after the commencement of research.

①年齢が65歳以上80歳以下であること。
②薬剤の服用およびサプリメントの使用が無いこと。
③外科的疾患者ではないこと。
④喫煙者ではないこと。
⑤過去3ヶ月間に体重が3kg以上増減および研究期間内に減量を予定していない方。
⑥研究内で提供される食品に食物アレルギーが無い方。

2. Not taking any medications and dietary supplements
3. No surgical diseases
4. No smoker
5. A participant who performed weight changes plus or minus 3 kg in the past three months and who has no intention to weight loss during the study.
6. A participant who can consume the test food in the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①年齢が65歳以下または80歳以上であること。
②薬剤の服用およびサプリメントの使用があること。
③外科的疾患者であること。
④喫煙者あること。
⑤過去3ヶ月間に体重が3kg以上増減および研究期間内で減量を予定している方。
⑥研究内で提供される食品に食物アレルギーがある方。
