選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

１）20歳以上の入院患者 ２）下記のI、II に該当するもの (I) IBD(+)-IBS(+)群：IBD非活動期、ROME ⅢのIBS診断基準を満たす者 (II)IBD(+)-IBS(-)群：IBD非活動期、ROME ⅢのIBS診断基準を満たさない者３）本研究の内容を理解し、文書により研究参加の同意が本人より得られる患者

Inactive IBD patients with IBS-like symptom aged 20-75 years and diagnosed according to the Rome III criteria

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１）悪性腫瘍、消化管の器質的疾患（悪性腫瘍、消化性潰瘍、食道炎など）、全身性疾患（パーキンソン病
などの神経性疾患や糖尿病を除く代謝性疾患等）など、上腹部消化器症状の原因となる疾患を有することが
明らかな患者。 ２）高度の肝機能障害、腎機能障害を有する患者。 ３）精神疾患を合併またはその疑いが
ある患者。 ４）妊婦、授乳婦、または本研究参加期間中に妊娠を希望する患者。 ５）その他、担当医師が
本研究の対象として不適当と判断した患者。 ６）受診時から 6 ヶ月以内に H. pylori 除菌治療を受けた
患者、もしくは現在除菌治療中の患者。 ７）以下の薬剤を使用している患者。 プロバイオティクス、抗菌
薬、消化管運動改善薬、胃酸分泌抑制薬（H2受容体拮抗薬、プロトンポンプ阻害薬）、胃粘膜保護薬、プロ
スタグランジン製剤、NSAIDs、抗うつ薬、抗不安薬、睡眠導入剤、抗精神病薬。ただし、試験開始前に 2
週間以上の中止ができる者は研究に参加可能とする。
