日本語
PD患者の診療において腹膜炎の予期と予防は上記の背景からも診療の質の向上には不可欠である。上記の背景から、今回の研究は日本医科大学付属病院の血液浄化療法センターに通院するPD患者におけるPD関連腹膜炎について、通常診療によって得た臨床的な特徴を診療録から調査し、内因性腹膜炎における傾向とリスク因子について検討を行い、当院の腹膜透析診療における内因性腹膜炎の減少を目的とする。

日本医科大学付属病院腹膜透析外来に2015年4月1日から2020年3月31日まで通院していた腹膜透析患者でPD関連腹膜炎を生じた患者
