本研究は、薬物治療を受けている慢性腰痛患者を対象として、オンライン動画による患者教育とモバイルアプリによる運動療法が労働生産性に及ぼす影響について検討することを目的とする。
観察期間は12週間である。

The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the effect on work productivity by patient education with online-video and exercise therapy with mobile application in chronic low back pain patients who have medical treatment.
The observational period is for 12 weeks.

1. 3ヵ月以上前から腰痛が続く慢性腰痛患者
2. 年齢が20歳以上65歳未満
3. 腰痛に対する薬物治療を受けている患者
4. 自立歩行が可能な患者
5. 週3日以上勤務をする予定のある患者
6. モバイル通信機器等の操作が可能な患者

3. Patients who have medications for low back pain.
4. Patients who have ability to walk without assistance
5. Patients who will work more than three days a week
6. Patients who have ability to use of mobile communication devices

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. Red flags*を示す患者
2. 妊娠中もしくは妊娠を希望している患者
3. 神経根障害又は神経根症状を有する患者
4. 強オピオイド使用患者
