2.精液所見：精子濃度：500万/ml以上 精子運動率：5％以上 3.20歳以上の男性 |
1. Patients who visited a male infertility clinic.
2. Semen findings: Sperm concentration: 5 million/ml or more, Sperm motility: 5% or more 3. Men over 20 years old |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | 1.サプリメントの構成成分にアレルギーをもつ方
2.投与前からバイオゴットサプリメントまたはタモギダケサプリメントを摂取している方 |
1.Those who are allergic to the components of the supplement
