日本語
自然環境の画像鑑賞を用いた介入により、健常者の気分と神経活動の変化を検討する。また、うつや不安症状、認知機能などの評価を同時に用い、自然環境の画像鑑賞がどのような特徴を持つ研究対象者においてよりリラックス効果をもたらすかを調べる。

To examine changes in mood and neural activity of healthy subjects induced by viewing images of natural environments. In addition, by evaluating depression, anxiety symptoms, and cognitive functions etc., we will examine what kind of participant characteristics affects the relaxing effect of viewing images of the natural environments.

「自然環境の画像鑑賞」介入として、自然（森林、田園など）の画像を27インチの高解像度ディスプレイにて３分間呈示することにより行う。

1) 同意取得時点において年齢は20歳から29歳。
2）性別を問わない。
3）本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 自己申告により、精神疾患に現在罹患している、もしくは受診中である者（受診予定のある者を含む）。
2) 研究責任者による人事評価を直接受ける当科の職員。
3) その他、研究担当者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者（例、当研究の先行研究に参加したことのある者）。

1) Those who are currently suffering from a mental illness or are currently undergoing medical examination (including those who are scheduled to undergo medical examination) by self-declaration.
2) Staff of our department who receive the personnel evaluation directly by the principal investigator of this study.
3) Those who are judged to be unsuitable as research subjects by the researcher in charge of the experimental sessions (for example, those who have participated in the pilot study of this research).

都市の画像鑑賞と比較して、自然の画像鑑賞が快とリラックスの気分を向上された。同時に、右眼窩前頭皮質の賦活低下が見られた。

Viewing images of nature significantly increased comfortableness and relaxation compared to viewing images of built environments. Meanwhile, the concentration of oxy-Hb in the right OFC significantly decreased while viewing the images of nature compared to built environments.
