目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究では、拮抗筋の活動を利用したトレーニング方法が，身体にどのような運動力学的変化や電気生理学的変化が生じているのかを解明する事が多くのアスリートの傷害を予防し競技人生の継続に寄与すると考えた。更なる研究により，より軽い重さで大きな効果を生む，もしくは重りや重量を使用せずとも重りを使った時に近い，効果的なトレーニング方法を確立することができれば，高重量を扱ったバーベルによる脊椎や関節への負荷を軽減しながらトレーニング効果を引き出すことができると考えられる．	In this study, we identifying difference of muscle activation between regular resistance exercise using weights or exercise without using weights but in focusing on activating antagonist muscles. The purpose of this study is to find out the way, potential of maximizing the effect of weight training even using less weights, so that can take out the pressure on the joint and spine causing by heavy load.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	本研究は全対象者において，拮抗筋にフォーカスした状態での，アームカール，レッグカール，プルと，重力方向に対してダンベル交互プレス，ダンベル交互惹きつけ，プッシュプレスを，それぞれ2セット10回を連続で行ってもらった際の筋活動を測定する。筋活動はNoraxon社製のウルティウム と同社ハイスピードカメラ（EM-V125N）を使用してエクササイズ動作と同期させて計測する。筋活動と動画のデータは専用のパソコンソフトウェアを用いてセキュリティーの担保されたクラウドシステム内で管理する。	The test is done using following different motions both regular resistance training and antagonist focused exercise. 1)Arm-curel, leg-curl and pull. 2) alternative dumbbell-push/alternative dambell-pull, push press/pull press. Each subject has to have 2 successful tests. We will use surface EMG, force plate and 3D motion capture analysis system:

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	- 私生活に支障のない健常者 - 参加同意取得および計測時に１８歳以上８０歳未満の者	Those who: - are healthy and have no problems with daily activities - are aged over 18 and under 80 when signing the participation consent form or when attending the exam.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	- 身体に痛みを持つ者 - 日常生活レベルで運動器に支障がある者 - 医師から運動の制限を与えられている者 - 身体に明らかな（一ヶ月以上のスポーツ活動休止を要する）外傷、障害歴を有する者	Those who: - have pain - have problems with daily activities - are prohibited from exercising by a doctor - have history of injuries which prevented the person from exercising over a month
