小型大腸ポリープに対する画像強調内視鏡（IEE: image enhanced endoscopy）を用いた光学的診断所見がAdvanced histology(AH: 本邦の診断基準における病理診断が高異型度腺腫、絨毛腺腫、腺癌）の予測に有用かどうか検討すること

白色光に画像強調内視鏡を加えた光学的診断所見（白色光＋NBI非拡大＋NBI拡大＋色素非拡大）のAH予測における病理診断をgold standardとした陰性反応的中率

Negative predictive value of diagnosis of advanced histology using WLI+NBI+IC
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

(1) 白色光に画像強調内視鏡を加えた光学的診断所見（白色光＋NBI非拡大＋NBI拡大＋色素非拡大）のAH予測における病理診断をgold standardとした感度、特異度、陽性反応的中率
(2) 光学的診断のモダリティー組み合わせ別（白色光単独、白色光＋NBI非拡大、白色光＋NBI非拡大＋NBI拡大、白色光＋NBI非拡大＋色素非拡大） のAH予測および浸潤がん予測における病理診断をgold standardとした感度、特異度、陽性反応的中率、陰性反応的中率
(3) 病理学的進行性腫瘍（高異型度腺腫、絨毛腺腫、腺癌）に対する非CSP実施割合
(4) 偶発症（穿孔、出血、消化器症状）
(5) 治療法別断端陰性割合
(6) 治療法別粘膜筋板、粘膜下層切除割合

(1)大腸ポリープを有する可能性があり、事前にポリープ切除の了承が得られた待期的な大腸内視鏡検査予定患者（スクリーニング、便潜血陽性、サーベイランス、術後など）
(2)本試験参加について十分な説明を受け、患者本人から文書で同意が得られている

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 進行大腸癌を併存している患者（吸引回収に伴うコンタミネーションのリスクがあるため）
2) 易出血性疾患（高度の貧血、炎症性腸疾患など）を合併している患者
3) 家族性大腸腺腫、ポリポーシス、既知のリンチ症候群の患者
4) 出血傾向がある患者
5) 抗血栓療法中で休薬困難な患者
6) 妊娠中および試験期間中に妊娠予定がある患者
7) その他、試験担当医が不適格と判断する患者
