研究内容に同意が得られない者、精神安定剤等の服用者、２か月以内に何らかの疼痛の経験がある者、質問の意味内容を理解できない者、慢性的な疼痛症状がある者

口腔インプラント埋入手術において「手術前に予想される痛み」と「実際に体感した痛み」との差異を検討した。痛みの予測値（VAS値）は実際に体感した痛みより大きかった。破滅的思考が強い患者においては, さらにその傾向は大きくなることが示唆された.

The difference between expected pain before the dental implant surgery and pain that the patients actually felt by the surgery (pain after surgery) was examined. The value of visual analogue scale (VAS) of the expected pain was significantly larger than the pain after surgery. Additionally, it is suggested that the increasing tendency becomes strong in the patients who showed high value in pain catastrophizing scale.
