顎関節症の症状がある、頭頚部および肩に神経疾患や異常がある、日常的な頭痛、歯ぎしりの自覚（クレンチングやグラインディング）、顔面の筋や顎関節に疼痛や圧痛がある、１か月以内の鎮痛剤使用

symptoms of temporomandibular disorder, neurological disorders or abnormalities in stomatognatic, neck and shoulder function, daily headache, awareness of bruxism, functional pain or pain by palpation in the muscles of the orofacial region or temporomandibular joint, use of pain medicine within 1 month

主な結果/Results

日本語
咬筋に対する繰り返し電気刺激で誘発した咬みしめ後の疼痛の時間的加重効果の程度は、事前運動負荷の伸張性運動の条件の際に伸長運動の２日後に有意に増加した。しかしガム咀嚼運動を事前に負荷した場合には有意な変化は見られなかった。
　低強度かみしめ運動後の疼痛感受性は事前負荷運動の種類によって影響されることが示された。

The degree of temporal summation of pain after clenching induced by repeated electrical stimulation to the masseter muscle showed statistically significant increases 2 days after the exercise only in the eccentric condition of the preloading exercises but not in the gum chewing condition.
It was demonstrated that pain sensitivity after the low-level clenching could be influenced by the type of the preloading exercise.
