1) 尿中糖鎖シグナルと臨床検査（血尿、尿蛋白、血清IgA）の組み合わせによる各腎疾患との鑑別診断の臨床性能（一致度、ROC-AUC）

2) 尿中糖鎖シグナルによる各腎疾患の鑑別診断の臨床性能（感度、特異度、一致度、ROC-AUC）

3) eGFR 60 mL/分/1.73m2 以上・未満のサブグループにおける、尿中糖鎖シグナルと臨床検査（血尿、尿蛋白、血清IgA）の組み合わせによる各腎疾患の鑑別診断の臨床性能（感度、特異度、一致度、ROC-AUC）

2020年7月1日～2023年3月31日までの間に岡山大学病院、岡山済生会総合病院、岡山医療センター、倉敷中央病院、岡山赤十字病院、姫路赤十字病院、中国中央病院、広島市民病院、尾道市民病院、興生総合病院、愛媛県立中央病院、松山市民病院、三豊総合病院、香川県立中央病院、香川労災病院、高知医療センター、住友別子病院、福山市民病院で腎生検を施行される患者

Patients with renal biopsy at 18 institutions (Okayama university hospital, Okayama Saiseikai General Hospital, National Hospital Organization Okayama Medical Center, Kurashiki Central Hospital, Japanese Red Cross Okayama Hospital, Japanese Red Cross Himeji Hospital, Chugoku Central Hospital, Hiroshima City Hiroshima Citizens Hospital, Onomichi Municipal Hospital, Kousei General Hospital, Ehime Prefectural Central Hospital, Matsuyama Shimin Hospital, Mitoyo General Hospital, Kagawa Prefectural Central Hospital, Kagawa Rosai Hospital, Kochi Health Sciences Center, Sumitomo Besshi Hospital and Fukuyama City Hospital) between June 2020 and March 2023.
