口腔乾燥症患者に対する口腔粘膜マッサージが、従来から行われている口腔外マッサージと比較してより有用であるか否かを検討し最良のマッサージ法を検討すること。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①同意取得時に年齢が20歳以上
②自覚的に口腔乾燥を有する者
③口腔乾燥の臨床診断基準の1度以上 ④本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

1. Those who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent
2. Those who are aware of dry mouth
3. Those who have 1 degree or more of clinical diagnostic criteria for dry mouth.
4. A person who, after receiving a sufficient explanation before participating in this research, has a sufficient understanding and obtained the informed consent of the person himself/herself.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
①口腔乾燥の原因が明らかで原因療法が可能な者
②関節リウマチなどによる手指の運動障害や認知機能に問題がありマッサージが施行困難と判断された者
③口腔粘膜マッサージ部位に口内炎が認められる者
④2か月以内に口腔内への保湿剤を使用していた者
⑤その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断したもの

1. Those who have a clear cause of dry mouth and are capable of causal treatment
2. Those who have difficulty in performing extraoral massage or oral mucosal massage due to hand movement disorder due to rheumatoid arthritis or cognitive impairment
3. Those who have stomatitis at the oral mucosal massage site
4. Person who used moisturizer in oral cavity within 2 months
5. Any other person who the research director judges to be inappropriate as a research target person
