1．2020年6月から魚沼基幹病院の救命救急・外傷センターに入院し，
リハビリテーションを実施する患者
2．医師が臨床基準に基づいて離床を開始することを決定した患者
3．救命救急・外傷センターに入院中に初回離床を実施する患者
4．事前に本人または家族より研究参加に同意が得られたもの

2. Patients whose doctors decide to start bed based on clinical criteria
3. Patients who leave their bed for the first time while being admitted to a critical care/trauma center
