選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

悪性腫瘍、血液腫瘍もしくは免疫疾患、卵巣腫瘍などに罹患し、それらの治療によって妊孕性が低下する恐れのある患者のうち、以下の2項目を満たす者
① 妊孕性温存カウンセリングを受けた者、または妊孕性温存を受けた者
注）妊孕性温存とは、未受精卵子・受精卵・卵巣組織・精子・精巣組織の凍結保存を指す。
② 文書による説明・同意を得た者

Patients with malignancy, autoimmune diseases, ovarian tumors etc., whose treatment may deteriorate their reproductive function, and
1) who had counseling or treatments for fertility preservation, such as cryopreservation of oocytes, embryos, ovarian tissue, sperm, or testicular tissue,
2) who expressed a written informed consent
