日本語
(1) 1日の座位時間は、授業を含め平均10時間と長かった。
(2) 不定愁訴が多い学生ほど、生活習慣が好ましくなく、座位時間が長く、ストレス対処力が低かった。
(3)動画の実践時間が長い学生ほど、不定愁訴の改善が大きかった。

(1) Sedentary time among the students was 10 hours/day in average.
(2) The students with more indefinite complaints had less favorable lifestyle, longer sedentary time, and less ability to cope with stress.
(3) The longer the students took part in the video sessions, the greater the improvement in indefinite complaints.
