2009年1月から2019年12月までの間に当院に救急搬送され胸椎骨折と診断された連続した202例を調査した。胸椎骨折による分節動脈損傷および大量血胸を起こした患者に対し、調査項目を、発生率、受傷機転、脊椎骨折の高位、骨折型、神経症状、diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis（DISH）の有無、治療方法、転帰として調査した。

From January 2009 to December 2019, 202 consecutive cases of emergency transfer to our hospital diagnosed with thoracic fracture were investigated. For patients with segmental artery injury and massive hemothorax due to thoracic fracture, the survey items were incidence, mechanism of injury, level of spinal fracture, fracture type, neurological symptoms, presence of diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH), treatment method, and outcome were investigated.
