(3)保護者によって文書による同意の得られた患児

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)けいれん重積後高度の脳浮腫、凝固異常を呈する患児
(2)髄液細胞数1μLあたり15個以上の細胞増多を認める患児

主な結果/Results

日本語
2歳未満の小児の40分以上の有熱性けいれん重積症例でのAESD発症について前方視的調査を行い、125例中AESDは16例（12.8％）であった。前回の調査データと統合し解析した結果、グルコース ≧225 mg/dL、プロカルシトニン ≧1.0 ng/mL、AST ≧37 U/L、Ｋ ≧4.5 mEq/Lで有意差があり、各1点として新たな予測スコアを考案し、カットオフ2点以上で感度83.8％、特異度60.3％、3点以上で感度45.1％、特異度92.8％、陽性的中率48.3％となった。

We conducted a prospective investigation into the occurrence of AESD in children under 2 years of age with febrile status convulsions lasting 40 minutes or longer, and found that 16 (12.8%) of 125 cases had AESD.
