帝王切開術は区域麻酔下に覚醒したまま手術を行うことが一般的であり、腹部操作の不快感や不安・恐怖を訴える妊婦も多い。音楽などを用いてこうした不安や恐怖を取り去り、結果、妊婦の自律神経系が副交感神経優位となることが、麻酔前後の循環変動を抑えるという報告もある。
アロマテラピーは産科領域で古くから用いられており、経腟分娩において妊婦の疼痛や不安を取り除く効果があるとの報告がある。
今回私たちは、帝王切開術中にパルマローザ精油によるアロマテラピーを行うことが、妊婦の自律神経系にどのような影響を与えるのかを検討する。本研究は、精油の吸引をする群とプラセボを吸引する群との間で、自律神経系の活動に違いがあるかを心拍変動解析により検討する探索的研究である。

It is common for cesarean section to be performed while awake under regional anesthesia, and many pregnant women complain of discomfort, anxiety, and fear of abdominal manipulation. It has been reported that the use of music and other means to remove these anxieties and fears and, as a result, the autonomic nervous system of the pregnant woman becomes parasympathetic, thereby reducing circulatory fluctuations before and after anesthesia.
Aromatherapy has long been used in obstetrics and has been reported to be effective in relieving pain and anxiety in pregnant women during transvaginal delivery.
In this study, we investigate how aromatherapy with Parmarosa essential oil during cesarean section affects the autonomic nervous system of pregnant women. This is an exploratory study to examine whether there is a difference in autonomic nervous system activity between the essential oil aspiration group and the placebo aspiration group using heart rate variability analysis.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
選択的帝王切開術を予定している患者で、研究参加への同意が得られた患者
正常血圧であり、蛋白尿(尿定性で1＋以上)のない、ASA physical statusの１または2の患者

Pregnant women who are scheduled for elective cesarean section and who have given consent to participate in the study
Patients with ASA physical status 1 or 2 with normotensive blood pressure and no proteinuria

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

あらゆる薬剤の慢性的な使用、喫煙、高血圧、糖尿病、甲状腺疾患、神経麻痺、重大な胎児の奇形、アルコール・イネ科植物へのアレルギー、胎児が瀕死あるいは心臓疾患を合併している妊婦

Chronic use of any drug, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease, nerve palsy, serious fetal malformations, allergies to alcohol or rice plants, pregnant women whose fetus is dying or has heart disease
