本研究の目的は、新型コロナウイルス感染症患者の経過中に、いち早く重症化予測症例を検知するために、重症化予測AIを構築して、COVID-19と診断されたごく初期段階の臨床情報（患者基礎情報、バイタルサイン、炎症系バイオマーカー、胸部CT）から、その後の予後を含めた重症化予測を、リアルタイムに行うことが可能な仕組みを構築することである。また、同時に集積した胸部CT画像、予後データ等から「TeachingFiles」をアップデートし、医療機関の知見共有と教育に役立てることも行う。

The purpose of this study is to construct a severe disease prediction AI to detect the severe disease prediction cases quickly during the course of patients with new coronavirus infection, and the clinical information at the very early stage when COVID-19 was diagnosed. It is to build a mechanism that can predict the aggravation including the prognosis in real time from (basic patient information, vital signs, inflammatory biomarkers, chest CT). In addition, "Teaching Files" will be updated from chest CT images, prognosis data, etc. accumulated at the same time, which will be useful for knowledge sharing and education at medical institutions.

本研究では、A.1000症例以上の解析用データベース作成、B.重症化予測のためのAI開発と教育目的のTeachingFiles作成、C.医療プラットフォーム（Join、Team、MySOS）改良・製品化、D.国際医療支援として、国内外からの臨床データによる研究成果を海外医療支援として還元する、ことを行う。

Improvement of medical platform (Join, Team, MySOS), commercialization, D.
