本研究目的は、バランス訓練と重心移動との関連性を検証し,、バランス訓練による転倒予防効果メカニズムをコンピューターシミュレーションプログラムにて明らかにすることである。

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between balance training and shift of the center of gravity, and clarify the fall prevention mechanism of balance training by computer simulation program.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

下肢の筋電図、重心動揺面積、重心軌跡長、Berg Balance Scale、Timed Up and Go Test、片脚起立時間、足関節筋力、転倒閾値。

electromyography of low extremities,area of postural sway,Locus Length Per Unit Area,Berg Balance Scale,Timed Up and Go Test,One-leg standing time,muscle strength of ankle joint,10 meter walking time and speed,Threshold of Fall.

10ｍ歩行が可能な人

Healthy people of the daily living independent
Person who can walk 10m.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
運動を医師から禁止されている者。
過去3か月以内の入院を必要とする急性期疾患の既往歴。
認知症。

英語
Those who are prohibited from exercise by the doctor.
A history of acute illness requiring hospitalization within the past 3 months.
Dementia.
