選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）20歳以上のCOPDもしくはIPF患者（男女問わず）
2）当院で日常生活に於いて肺高血圧症の原因となる低酸素血症状態（安静時もしくは6分間歩行負荷後の動脈血酸素分圧60mmHg未満）のないCOPDもしくはIPF（WHO機能分類Ⅱ、Ⅲ及びⅣ）で肺高血圧症と診断された患者
3）入院患者・外来患者

1) Patients having COPD or IPF aged 20 years and older (males and females)
2) Patients with respiratory disease attended at this hospital, Nippon medical school Respiratory Care Clinic, or Department of Respiratory Medicine, Nippon Medical School, Chiba Hokusoh Hospital.
3) Inpatients and outpatients

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）胸腔内悪性疾患
2）試験参加に明確な拒絶を示した患者。
