本研究の目的は、労働者を対象とした感謝法の効果を、無作為化比較対照デザインを用いて検討した研究について、系統的にレビューすることである。具体的に、下記の検討を行う
(感謝法: 対象者の感謝の気持ちを高めることを意図した介入法)
① 労働者を対象とした感謝法の効果について検討すること
② 労働者を対象とした感謝法における、具体的な実施方法 (例: 提供方法、介入の内容、介入期間・頻度) について検討すること

The aim of this systematic review is to investigate the effect of gratitude intervention among workers using a randomized controlled trial design.
(Gratitude intervention is activities designed to cultivate a sense of gratefulness)

1) to investigate the effects of gratitude intervention among workers.
2) to investigate how to conduct gratitude intervention (e.g. way to provide, intervention content, period, frequency).

系統的レビュー/メタアナリシスにより、労働者を対象に無作為化比較試験で実施された感謝法の、メンタルヘルスアウトカムにおける有効性について検討する研究。適格基準は、1) 無作為化比較試験であること、2) 労働者を対象としていること、3) 介入に感謝法が含まれていること、4) 英語で書かれた原著論文であること、とし、除外基準は設けなかった。

The eligibility criteria are as follows. 1) the study design is a randomized controlled trial, 2) the participants are workers, 3) the intervention includes gratitude intervention and 4) the study was written in English.
