・65-79歳の高齢者
・睡眠薬を服薬していない者
・糖尿病、呼吸器疾患（喘息など）と診断されていない者
・睡眠時無呼吸症候群と診断されていない者
・医師から運動を禁止されていない者

英語
Aged 65 to 79 years.
No take sleeping pills.
Free of the medical history of diabetes and respiratory disease(e.g. asthma).
Free of the medical history of sleep apnea.
Who are not prohibited from exercising by a doctor.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・認知機能低下傾向のない高齢者（MMSE>27点）

英語
No tendency of cognitive decline(MMSE>27points)
