| 目的1/Narrative objectives1 | ボツリヌス毒素膀胱壁内注入療法による尿中マーカーの変化を検討し、治療効果の予測因子としての可能性を探求する。 | To investigate the possibility as the predictive factor for success of intravesical botulinum toxin by analysing the change of urinary markers |

| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 難治性過活動膀胱のために名古屋大学医学部附属病院泌尿器科にてボツリヌス毒素膀胱壁内注入療法を受けた方 | Patients with refractory overactive bladder who are treated with intravesical botulinum toxin at Nagoya University Hospital | |||
| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | (1)神経因性膀胱、膀胱頸部硬化症、尿道狭窄、膀胱結石、高度な膀胱憩室、治療を必要とする活動性の尿路感染症、前立腺炎を有する患者
(2)重度の肝機能障害患者（Child-Pugh スコア10 以上） (3)重度の腎機能障害を有する患者（血清Cr＞5mg/dl） (4)重篤な心・血管障害を有する患者 (5)その他、研究責任者・分担者が本研究への参加を不適当と判断した患者 |
(1)neurogenic bladder, bladder neck contracture, urethral stenosis, bladder diverticulum, active urinary tract infection, prostatitis
(2)severe liver dysfunction (3)severe renal dysfunction (4)severe cardiovastular disorder (5)patients who are judged inappropriate |
