1 ASA-PS (アメリカ麻酔科学会における全身状態分類)3以上の患者
2 脳血管疾患の合併症がある患者
3 NYHA（心不全重症度分類）3以上の心機能低下患者
4 神経ブロックの施行困難患者

2 Patients with cerebrovascular disease
3 Patients with cardiac failure above NYHA 3
4 Patients who is not applicable for the brachial plexus block
