選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	臨床的かつ分子生物学的に難治性疾患 (先天異常、遺伝性疾患、神経・筋疾患、免疫疾患、眼疾患及び肺疾患など) の確定診断を受けた患者。また、外部研究機関でインフォームド・コンセントの後に疾患特異的iPS細胞を樹立された患者。	Patients who have been confirmed clinically and molecularly biology with refractory disease. Patients who have established disease-specific iPS cells after informed consent at an external research institution.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	医師の判断により対象として不適当と判断された患者。ヒト免疫不全ウイルス、ヒトB型肝炎ウイルス、ヒトC型肝炎ウイルスに感染している患者。	Patients who are judged inappropriate by the doctor's judgment. Patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus, human hepatitis B virus, and human hepatitis C virus.

その他関連情報/Other related information	当該研究では、患者または代諾者より同意を得た後、体細胞の採取を行う。その際、体細胞は血液や自然抜歯後の乳歯などを使用する事に出来る限り努めるが、樹立効率等の問題により、皮膚生検の方法に準じて皮膚片を採取する場合もある。 その後研究棟の培養室において、患者体細胞（皮膚線維芽細胞や血液細胞、乳歯など）にリプログラミング因子を導入し、患者疾患特異的iPS細胞を樹立し、罹患細胞へと分化誘導することによって病態の解析や分化細胞に対する治療薬の評価を行う。	In this study, somatic cells will be collected after obtaining consent from the patient or his / her sponsor. At that time, as much as possible, somatic cells use blood or milk teeth after natural tooth extraction, but due to problems such as establishment efficiency, skin fragments may be collected according to the skin biopsy method. After that, in the culture room of the research building, reprogramming factors are introduced into patient somatic cells (skin fibroblasts, blood cells, milk teeth, etc.) to establish patient disease-specific iPS cells and induce differentiation into diseased cells. Analyze pathological conditions and search for therapeutic drugs.
