同意の得られた患者で、当院で全消化管のESDもしくは十二指腸EMRを施行した患者

Patients undergoing total gastrointestinal tract ESD or duodenal EMR at our hospital and providing written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 複数病変例
2) 重症呼吸不全例
3) 重症心不全例
4) 弁膜症例
5) 非代償性肝硬変例
6) 透析例
7) 免疫不全あるいは免疫抑制剤の継続的な全身投与を受けている症例
8) 解熱鎮痛剤定期使用例
9) 術中穿孔例
10) その他、担当医が不適格と考える症例

1) Patients with multiple lesions
2) Patients with severe respiratory failure.
3) Patients with severe heart failure.
4) Patients with valvular disease.
5) Patients with uncompensated cirrhosis.
6) Patients on dialysis.
7) Patients with immunodeficiency or who taking continuous systemic administration of immunosuppressants.
8) Patients who taking antipyretic analgesics periodically.
9) Patients with perforation during procedure.
10) Patients who attending physicians consider to be inappropriate due to other reasons mentioned above.
