GHQ-12では，プログラム前後でA，Bともに得点の減少が認められた。
WHO QOL26では，A，Bともに平均得点が増加した。
GSESでは，A，Bともに得点の増加を示した。
SASS-Jにおける得点もA，Bともに増加していた。
大学生用ソーシャルサポート尺度はA，Bともに増加した。
AQの得点はA，Bともほぼ変わらず，プログラムを通して自閉スペクトラム症に関する特性自体に変化はなかった。
ワークショップ形式のプログラムに参加していないCは，GHQ-12，WHO QOL26，SASS-J，大学生用ソーシャルサポート尺度で，A，Bと逆の変化を示している。

年齢：22-23（大学3年生～大学院1年生）
性別：全員女性
診断：ASDが2名、ASDとADHDの合併が1名

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

大学の長期休暇期間を利用し，2021年2月～3月に前半7回，2021年6月～7月に後半5回，週1回各2時間のプログラムを実施した。
うち2名（A，B）はすべてのプログラムに参加したが，1名（C）は予定が合わず，一部のプログラム（第10回，第11回）にしか参加しなかった。第10回の内容は外部講師の講義，第11回は就職活動の注意点であり，Cはこのプログラムの中核要素である，困りごとを共有し解決方法を考えるワークショップ形式のプログラムには参加していない。このため，Cを比較対象としてワークショップ形式のプログラムの効果判定を行った。

Utilising the university's extended holiday period, the programme was conducted weekly for two hours per session: the first seven sessions from February to March 2021, and the final five sessions from June to July 2021.
Two participants (A and B) attended all sessions, while one participant (C) was unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts and participated only in selected sessions (Sessions 10 and 11). Session 10 featured a lecture by an external instructor, while Session 11 covered key considerations for job hunting. Participant C did not attend the workshop-style programme sessions, which formed the core element of this initiative and involved sharing difficulties and considering solutions. Consequently, Participant C was used as a comparison group to evaluate the effectiveness of the workshop-style programme.
