目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	発症後24時間以内前方循環脳主幹動脈閉塞に対し脳血栓回収療法を行う症例を対象に患者搬入から脳血栓回収療法開始までの経過時間を解析し、治療までの時間短縮に有効な因子を特定する。	To analyze the time to the start of endovascular therapy for anterior circulation cerebral large vessel occlusion within 24 hours after onset. Identify factors that are effective in shortening time to treatment.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	前方循環系（内頚動脈、中大脳動脈M1、M2部）の急性期脳主幹動脈閉塞患者 発症後24時間以内に経皮的脳血栓回収療法を開始する患者	acute cerebral ischemic stroke(anterior circulation(ICA,M1,M2) start endovascular therapy within 24hours after onset
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	急性大動脈解離合併 妊娠中あるいは妊娠の可能性のある女性 造影剤アレルギーや高度の腎機能障害などの理由で画像検査が施行できない患者 他院より諸検査、治療後に搬送された症例 研究対象者より同意撤回表明のあった場合 研究責任者、研究分担者が本研究の参加について適切でないと判断した場合	Acute aortic dissection Pregnant or possibility of pregnancy Cases where imaging tests cannot be performed due to contrast media allergy or severe renal dysfunction Cases transported after examination and treatment from another hospital expression of withdrawal of consent Cases where participation in this study is deemed inappropriate
