対象疾患名/Condition	ERCP(内視鏡的逆行性胆管膵管造影)とDBE（ダブルバルーン内視鏡）、並びにDB-ERCP（ダブルバルーン内視鏡下内視鏡的逆行性胆管膵管造影）の施行を要する小腸疾患ならびに胆膵系疾患	The patient with small intestine disease and bilio pancreatic disease underwent ERCP, double balloon enteroscopy and double balloon assisted ERCP

目的1/Narrative objectives1	各種消化器内視鏡検査中の内視鏡先端部の腸管圧力を測定することで、ダブルバルーン内視鏡を使用しての小腸及び術後再建腸管に対する検査・処置の安全性を明らかにする	By measuring the intestinal pressure at the distal end of the endoscope, the safety of examination and treatment for the small intestine and postoperative reconstructed intestinal tract using double balloon endoscope is clarified.

年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	75 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	自治医科大学附属病院でERCP(内視鏡的逆行性胆管膵管造影)とDBE（ダブルバルーン内視鏡）、並びにDB-ERCP（ダブルバルーン内視鏡下内視鏡的逆行性胆管膵管造影）を受ける患者	The patients underwent ERCP, double balloon enteroscopy, and double balloon assisted ERCP in Jichi Medical Univ.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	急性腹症の患者 重篤な急性炎症のある患者 妊娠中の患者 全身状態が極めて不良な患者 抗凝固剤服用中の患者 小腸に狭窄病変のある患者 担当医師が不適当と判断した患者	The patients with acute abdominal condition The patients with acute severe inflammation Pregnant patients The patients with poor general condition The patients taking anticoagulant The patients with stenosis in the small intestine Patients judged to be inappropriate by the doctor in charge
