目的1/Narrative objectives1 本研究の目的は、安定期慢性閉塞性肺疾患患者の身体活動量が、動脈スティフネスと腎機能に与える影響を明らかにすることである。 The aim of this study is to elucidate the influence of physical activity on arterial stiffness and renal function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria 1.慢性閉塞性肺疾患と診断された患者
2.研究施設に、1年以上、外来通院される患者。
3.研究の説明を実施し、本人より同意を書面で得られた患者。


1.Patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
2.Patients followed up at the hospital (Tohoku Medical and Pharmaceutical University Wakabayashi Hospital.) for 1 year.
3.Patients written informed consent in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria 1.研究期間内に在宅酸素療法が必要になった患者。
2.登録時、フォローアップ評価期間内に慢性閉塞性肺疾患の増悪があった患者。
あるいは、増悪回復から8週以内の患者。
3.歩行が自立していない患者。
4.透析を受けている患者。		 1.Patients need home oxygen therapy during the study period.
2.Patients had exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease within the follow-up evaluation period at the time of enrollment or within 8 weeks of recovery from exacerbation.
3.Patients dependent in Activities of Daily Living
4.Hemodialysis(HD)patients.

その他関連情報/Other related information 本研究は前向き観察研究である。
安定期慢性閉塞性肺疾患患者の12ヵ月間の身体活動量、身体機能、腎機能、及び認知機能の変化を調査する。
その他関連要因として、背景因子（年齢、性別、呼吸機能、合併症、投薬状況など）や、
血液・生化学検査、尿検査、体組成検査、運動耐容能の評価を調査する。
This study is observational prospective study.
We will investigate physical activity and changes of arterial stiffness, renal function and during 12 months in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
In addition, patient characteristics will be investigated for relevant factors.
