本研究は、口腔内環境（歯の数と咬み合わせ、歯周炎（歯槽膿漏）、歯の喪失時期）と、脳内環境（脳内アミロイドおよびタウたんぱく蓄積、脳萎縮など）データとの連関を検討することを目的とする。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
I.同意取得時に20歳以上の患者。

II. 各被験者において以下の条件にあてはまる者。
1. 変性疾患患者
1) 代諾者となり得る者が放射線医学総合研究所における研究参加当日に同伴可能な患者。
2) タウ病理の関連する各種疾患の診断基準を満たす患者。

2. 頭部外傷患者
1) 同意取得時において本研究概要について理解できる患者。なお患者が理解できるかどうか研究協力施設および放医研の2 名以上の医師が判定する。
2) 病歴などから頭部外傷の既往が確認できる患者。

3. 双極性障害患者
1) 同意取得時において本研究概要について理解できる患者。なお患者が理解できるかどうか研究協力施設および放医研の2 名以上の医師が判定する。
2) 双極性障害の診断基準を満たす患者。

4. 統合失調症患者
1) 同意取得時において本研究概要について理解できる患者。なお患者が理解できるかどうか研究協力施設および放医研の2 名以上の医師が判定する。
2) 統合失調症の診断基準を満たす患者。

5. 健常ボランティア
1) 本研究への参加について同意の能力を有し同意説明文書を読め、かつ理解できる健常者。

I. 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent.

II. Subjects meeting the following conditions
1.Subjects with neurodegenerative disease
1) Subjects who can be accompanied by a legal guardian on the day of study participation at the NIRS.
2) Subjects meeting criteria of tauopathy.

2.Subjects with traumatic brain injury
1) Subjects who can be accompanied by a legal guardian on the day of study participation at the NIRS.
2) Subjects with ability to make informed consent.

3.Subjects with bipolar disorder
1) Subjects with ability to make informed consent.
2) Subjects meeting criteria of bipolar disorder.

4.Subjects with schizophrenia
1) Subjects with ability to make informed consent.
2) Subjects meeting criteria of schizophrenia.

5.Healthy volunteers
1) Subjects with ability to make informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
I.重篤な疾患の合併症を有する者、あるいはこれらの既往があり研究者等である医師が本研究の対象として不適当と判断した者。

II. 閉所恐怖症が強い者。

III. 妊娠中もしくは妊娠している可能性がある者および授乳中の者。

IV.各被験者において以下の条件にあてはまる者。
1.変性疾患患者・頭部外傷患者
1) (変性疾患患者においては)脳器質疾患（意識障害や入院治療を要する頭部外傷、明らかな脳梗塞・脳出血の既往等）を合併している者。
2) (変性疾患患者においては)物質関連障害（薬物依存等）を合併している者。
3) (頭部外傷患者においては)頭部外傷が原因ではない精神・神経疾患の既往歴。
4)核医学検査における被ばくの観点より、他の放射線被ばくを伴う研究に参加した時点から6ヶ月以内の者。
5)その他、研究者等である医師が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者。

2.双極性障害患者・統合失調症患者
1)双極性障害もしくは統合失調症どちらか片方以外の精神疾患の合併があるもの
2)脳器質疾患（意識障害や入院治療を要する頭部外傷、明らかな脳梗塞・脳出血の既往等）を合併している者。
3)パパベリン・キサンチン誘導体処方薬を服用中の者。
4) (双極性障害においては)ペースメーカー、体内金属(脳クリップ、ボルト等)がある者。
5) (双極性障害においては)刺青（タトゥーやアートメイクも含む）がある者
6)自殺傾向の強い者
7)その他、研究者等である医師が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者。

3.健常ボランティア
1)脳器質疾患（意識障害や入院治療を要する頭部外傷、明らかな脳梗塞・脳出血の既往等）を合併している者。
2)物質関連障害(薬物依存等)を合併している者。
3)ペースメーカー、体内金属（脳クリップ、ボルト等）がある者。
4)刺青（タトゥーやアートメイクも含む）がある者。
5)核医学検査における被ばくの観点より、他の放射線被ばくを伴う検査に参加した時点から6ヶ月以内の者。
6)その他、研究者等である医師が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者。

IV.Subjects meeting the following conditions
1.Subjects with either neurodegenerative disease or traumatic brain injury
1)Subjects with neurodegenerative disease who have organic brain disorders
2)Subjects with neurodegenerative disease who have substance-related disorders
3)Subjects with traumatic brain injury who have any psychiatric diseases
4)From the standpoint of radiation exposure from a nuclear medicine scan, subjects who have participated in other nuclear medicine scans as healthy volunteers in the 6 months prior to the start of this study
5)Subjects who are considered to be inappropriate to participate in the study

2.Subjects with either bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
1)Subjects with other psychiatric diseases
2)Subjects with organic brain disorders
3)Subjects who have been taking papaverine or xanthine
4)Subjects with metallic medical device in the body who have bipolar disorder
5)Subjects with tattoo who have bipolar disorder
6)Subjects who tends to suicide
7)Subjects who are considered to be inappropriate to participate in the study

3.Healthy volunteers
1)Subjects with organic brain disorders
2)Subjects with substance-related disorders
3)Subjects with metallic medical device in the body
4)Subjects with tattoo
5)From the standpoint of radiation exposure from a nuclear medicine scan, subjects who have participated in other nuclear medicine scans as healthy volunteers in the 6 months prior to the start of this study
6)Subjects who are considered to be inappropriate to participate in the study
