口腔顔面痛疾患群の心理社会的背景の関連 口腔顔面痛疾患群の治療(薬物療法、交感神経ブロック)の効果と予後の検討 口腔顔面痛患者群に対する認知行動療法の効果の検討 口腔顔面痛患者群に対する全身的理学療法介入の効果の検討 口腔顔面痛疾患群の痛みの性状と従来の疼痛評価方法の妥当性の検討 口腔顔面痛疾患群に対する超音波エコーガイド下ブロック療法の効果について 口腔顔面痛疾患群に対する口腔内細菌の分布の検討 神経障害性歯痛の神経障害の程度と治療(薬物療法、交感神経ブロック)による予後の検討 神経障害の程度、質と神経障害性歯痛発症の関連と予後予測 筋筋膜性歯痛の圧痛点と筋組織の画像上の特徴についての検討 非定型歯痛の成因およびアミトリプチリン、プレガバリンの効果についての検討 |

（２）本研究計画について十分に理解し、本人による同意が可能な患者 （３）同意取得時における年齢が満20歳以上の患者 |
(1)the patients who are diagnosed as Orofacial pain
(2)the patients who understand and agree the aim of this study. (3)the patients who is 20 years old and more. |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | （１）研究の主旨に賛同されない患者
（２）明らかな疼痛性他疾患がある患者 （３）その他研究者が研究対象者として適当でないと判断した患者 |
(1)the patients who disagree the aim of this study.
(2)the patients who have the painful diseases excluding orofacial pain. (3)the patients who are decided as excluding patients by observers. |
