（１）口腔顔面痛と診断された患者
（２）本研究計画について十分に理解し、本人による同意が可能な患者
（３）同意取得時における年齢が満20歳以上の患者

(2)the patients who understand and agree the aim of this study.
(3)the patients who is 20 years old and more.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

（１）研究の主旨に賛同されない患者
（２）明らかな疼痛性他疾患がある患者
（３）その他研究者が研究対象者として適当でないと判断した患者

(2)the patients who have the painful diseases excluding orofacial pain.
(3)the patients who are decided as excluding patients by observers.
