ロコモ群において毎日2.29 Ex以上の身体活動がロコモ25スコアを改善するだけでなく、認知機能も高めることが示唆された。したがって、認知症の予防のために運動または活動量の改善を開始する時期を決定するのに、ロコモ25スコアの低下が有用な評価指標となることが考えられた。
