目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	初期臨床研修医に対して関節リウマチ患者の関節診察後に、関節超音波検査によるフィードバックを行うことで、行わなかった場合と比べてエコー上の中等度以上の滑膜炎を腫脹関節として同定する精度(一致率)が向上するかを検証する。	The objective of this study is to evaluate whether junior residents can identify echo-defined synovitis as a swollen joint through feedback by ultrasonography after physical examination of rheumatoid arthritis patients more accurately than without feedback.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	診察で評価された腫脹関節と診察直後に関節超音波で評価された滑膜炎(GS≧2±滑液貯留:OMERACT2005定義を参照、ただし本研究ではPDは評価に含めない)との一致率	Concordance rate between the clinical detection of arthritis by the residents and the presence of ultrasound-defined synovitis

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	本研究への参加を同意した当科ローテーション中の初期臨床研修医	Junior residents during our rotation who agreed to participate in this study.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	・本研究への参加を拒否した当科ローテーション中の初期臨床研修医 ・ローテーション期間中に目標症例数に達することができない初期研修医 ・傷病等で身体診察が行えない者	Junior residents during our rotation who disagreed to participate in this study. Junior residents who are unable to achieve the target number of patients in this study. Junior residents who are unable to perform joint examination due to injury etc.
