選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
以下の１）２）３）かつ５）もしくは１）２）４）かつ５）の条件を満たす患者を本研究の対象とする。
１）登録時の年齢が20歳以上の患者。
２）本臨床研究に関して研究責任者等により十分な説明を受け、理解した上で、本臨床研究参加の同意を文書により得られた患者。
３）KOH法陽性を根拠に足白癬と診断された患者（以下、足白癬）。病型は小水疱型（足底型）と趾間型と部分角化型を対象とし、具体的には、100倍の倍率でKOH検鏡を行い、その際に菌要素が見つかるものを陽性とする。その際に、任意の複数の視野で、複数個の菌要素の場合は強陽性（++）とし、1個の菌要素のみの場合は弱陽性（+）とする。なお、角化型（角質増殖型）は除外とし、小水疱型（足底型）と趾間型の混合型は本研究の対象とする。
４）足部位における他の疾患（異汗性湿疹、乾癬、掌蹠膿疱症等）で、KOH法で陰性と診断された患者（以下、非足白癬）。
５）通常診療時のKOH法で採取した検体の残余分がある患者。

Patients enrolled in the study must meet the following 1)2)3)and 5)or 1)2)4)and 5).
1)Patients aged at least 20 years at the time of enrolment.
2)Patients who have understood the purpose of the study and provided written informed consent for participation in this study.
3)Patients who diagnosed as tinea pedis by KOH direct microscopy. The disease types are small blister, interdigit and partial keratinized. Specifically, positive is defined as the presence of fungal elements discovered by KOH direct microscopy at a magnification of 100 times. "Weakly positive(+)" is the case that single dermatophyte is discovered in multiple field, and "strongly positive(++)"is the case that multiple dermatophyte are discovered in multiple field. In addition, patients who diagnosed as hyperkeratotic type of tines pedis will be excluded from the study. Patients who diagnosed as mixed type of small blister and interdigit of tines pedis will be enroll in the study.
4)Patients who diagnosed as non tinea pedis by KOH direct microscopy for other diseases in the nail area(for example Dyshidrotic Eczema , psoriasis and palmoplantar pustulosis).
5)Patients who has residual samples which is collected at the time of KOH direct microscopy at usual clinical care.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下のいずれかに抵触する研究対象者は除外する。
１）過去6ヶ月（180日）以内に経口抗真菌薬の投与歴のある患者又は、過去1ヶ月（30日）以内に外用抗真菌薬の投与歴のある患者。
２）他の治験または他の臨床研究に参加している患者（観察研究は除く）。
３）研究責任者等により臨床研究参加が不適切と判断された患者。

Patients who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study.
1)Patients who has received oral antifungal drugs within 6 months(180 days) or patient who has received antifungal agent for external use within a month(30 days) prior to the enrolment.
2)Patients who participates in other clinical studies (except for observational study).
3)Patients determined to be inappropriate to be enrolled in this study by investigators.
