選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	2008年4月1日から2018年12月31日の間に長崎大学病院口腔外科で、骨格性下顎前突症に対して下顎骨形成術を受けた患者。	The patients who underwent the mandibular osteotomy for correcting their mandibular protrusion.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	口唇口蓋裂	Cleft lit and palate

主な結果/Results	SSRO後に骨片固定を行わずに、術後２日目から開講訓練を開始するphysiological positioning strategy は、IVROに対して、顎関節頭を含む近位骨片に与える影響が小さい。	This study suggests that SLO with the physiological positioning strategy (PPS) should bepreferred over IVRO with the PPS whenever possible.
