目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
政策医療分野でもある小児科・産科・救急科の3診療科の管理職、実務者および専攻医の約200名にヒアリングによる医療提供体制の実態調査（以下、「ヒアリング調査」とする）を行う。本研究を実施することにより、上記3診療科における課題抽出・解決策の検討・ビジョン策定を行い、地域医療構想の実現に寄与することができる。

We will conduct a survey on the medical care provision system through interviews on managers, practitioners, and senior residents (200 people in sum)in the three departments of pediatrics, obstetrics, and emergency departments, which is the policy medical fields. By conducting this research, it is possible to contribute to the realization of regional medical plan by extracting problems, examining solutions and formulating visions in the three departments.
