主な結果/Results

日本語
皮膚温度変化は耳部では、LM-SGBとUS-SGBの比較において、両手法間に有意差は認められなかったが、US-SGBがわずかに高い傾向を示した。鼻部では、SGB20分後と30分後で両手法間に有意差が認められ、US-SGBの方が高い傾向がみられた。頬部では、US-SGBがいずれの時点においてもLM-SGBよりも有意に高い傾向を示した。また、眼瞼下垂と縮瞳の程度に関しては、両手技間で眼瞼下垂と縮瞳の程度に、有意差は認められなかった。

Skin temperature in the ear region showed no significant difference between LM-SGB and US-SGB, though US-SGB tended to be higher. In the nasal region, a significant difference appeared at 20 and 30 min after SGB, with higher values in US-SGB. In the cheek region, US-SGB showed significantly higher values at all time points. Ptosis and miosis showed no significant difference between techniques.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

本研究に対して同意を得られた患者は29名であったが、2名は途中で脱落した。その理由としては、当時コロナ窩で病院が制限させており、患者の予定と研究日が合わなかった。

There were 29 patients who provided consent for this study, but 2 dropped out during the process. The reason for this was that the hospital had imposed restrictions due to a COVID-19 outbreak at the time, and the patients' schedules did not align with the study dates.

有害事象/Adverse events

日本語
嗄声4名（LM-SGB:2名、US-SGB：2名）嚥下障害13名（LM-SGB：8名、US-SGB:5名）腕部の脱力感4名（LM-SGB:3名、US-SGB：1名）が認められたが、いずれも自然軽快した。重篤な有害事象は認められかった。

Hoarseness was observed in 4 patients (LM-SGB: 2, US-SGB: 2), dysphagia in 13 patients (LM-SGB: 8, US-SGB: 5), and arm weakness in 4 patients (LM-SGB: 3, US-SGB: 1). All cases resolved spontaneously. No serious adverse events were observed.
